Saudi’s offer to pump more oil? Will it help? Effects on “expensive” gasoline.

Saudi Arabia has agreed to pump more oil to meet increasing demand.  Will this make prices at the pump go down?  Maybe, but unlikely.  But this and a proposed crackdown on oil speculators on Wall Street might at least make prices stay steady for the time being.
