Cornelius Considers Plan to Raze Theater
The Cornelius Town Board tonight will consider a plan to tear down the former Palace theater on Copely Drive and replace it with a retail, office and residential complex.
Plans call for construction of the Courtyard at Kenton Place. It would feature three, 30,000-square-foot buildings and a park and restaurant.
