Charlotte Lynx Cracks Its Whip

With the Charlotte Area Transit System’s (CATS) Lynx Blue Line system fully functional (at least as of this morning), CATS is now adding personnel to check for rider’s tickets. If caught without a ticket, rider’s can expect a fine of $50 and kicked off the train at the next stop.
