As you might have heard, the Cornelius Town Board is scheduled to vote on the rezoning of 100+ acres on the southwest quadrant of Hwy 21 (Statesville Rd) and Westmoreland Rd. The meeting is scheduled for April 21st at 7pm in the Cornelius Town Hall.
