Road to Real Estate

According to the Charlotte Regional Realtors Association, the Charlotte area experienced a 25% decrease in the number of houses sold from one year ago for the month of March.  During that same time period, average home prices that sold went from $228,665 in 2007 to $220,620, a 3.5% decrease.
